Customer had a deadline and requested me to upload the paper promising that i will get the funds for the order.

Customer paid them and the Escrow was sent. However, after their technical problems last week, the same order was given to another writer without informing me or the customer. However, the order was again placed back to me by the customer however, this time ESCROW was pending.. May be this is a technical error however, it has been a week now and despite our calls and emails nobody is responding. I don't think i business which claims to be most transparent in the industry can be so evasive.

Do Essaybay pay to its writers? are they punctual in payments?

I have just started working for them but clearly have witnessed the weakness of essaybay system ( from writers' point of view). First Escrow for one of my orders is still pending despite the fact that i delivered the order almost a week ago. Customer is happy with the order. He paid for the order but the money is neither in Escrow nor in my account. The status is shown as ESCROW PENDING... i have been emailing them for a week now but no reply. They did not pick the phone ( customer made the same remarks too). the issue is Essaybay is enjoying free money because it is in their account. God knows when they will clear the pending Escrow or when they will at least reply to my or customer's emails.

anybody at Essaybay.. wake up... you are loosing your credibility...
