Futher explanation provided by the company included below.

-------

Cheating Writing HelpThis is a post, following notification by another client, entirely satisfied with our product, that this message had been posted.

We wholly reject the client's suggestions.

(1) The client has not lost £1500. She has been sent a full-length dissertation written by an expert from Oxford University.

Unpleased with the structure of the dissertation, the client asked for alterations, which we agreed to immediately and sent within 36 hours. The word length was increased by 4500 words and we asked for an extra £300, a heavily discounted fee.

(2) We have a clear policy that all clients send all extra information at the outset of dissertations. This client did not send her extensive and vital primary data until 11 days after the ordering of a 10 day dissertation, the lack of data caused the structural problems. We incorporated her primary data in just 36 hours due to our expert's hard work -- a service which would normally take 5-10 days and cost considerably more.

(3) College Writing Help prides itself on supplying the highest quality academic work. Since we began as a company not one other complaint has been posted about us anywhere.

(4) Furthermore, the customer has neither requested alterations nor complained of the quality of the second draft.

We are very disappointed that after many hours seeking to please this client she has resorted to this post. It is entirely unreflective of the vast majority of our clients.

Dear Essay Scam,

This evening a post was made about our company on your website. We have posted a reply to this already.

The customer does not include one concrete accusation in her post; she merely makes a number of unsubstantiated suggestions. There is no evidence given whatsoever for what she suggests.

We have worked very hard for two days to satisfy this customer, and at considerable expense, and we are very disappointed by her actions.

Our site complies with every one of your conditions, but for the first which requires that we offer no guarantees. We do offer guarantees, but these have been met in the vast majority of essays that we have supplied. This is most concretely shown by the absence anywhere else on the internet of another complaint about our services, as well as by the other member posts immediately following the complaint.

We would be very happy to supply transcripts, minus the client's personal details, of our correspondence with the client.

Please feel free to contact me personally.

Kind Regards,

College Writing Help

Let us reply to your message below. It appears you are totally confused with how the new addition works.

trick people into thinking that all freelance writers here are "unknown" on this system or that they are purposely choosing to "hide" their information.

You (or anyone who considers themselves a 'Freelance Writer') can create a free Writer Profile and can control if to show or hide it at any time. Why (and to whom) would it be considered tricky?

Make explicitly clear to users that the system only searches BY email addresses and not S/Ns

On EssayScam.org/freelance-writers/ it searches by both Username and Email.

Simply allow users to search by our forum S/Ns;

Users can search by forum Username. Not only on EssayScam.org/freelance-writers/ but also on the forum search page: ?phrase=&searchType=3&where=1&forum=&posterName=&action=search&searchGo=1. It is NOT required for a forum member who classifies themselves as a 'Freelance Writer' to set up a Writer Profile; they can even change who they want to be (Freelance Writer / Student / Observer / Unspecified etc.) at any time.

Allow us to post our email addresses on the forum

Email addresses are allowed to be posted on the Writer's Profile page.

On EssayScam.org/freelance-writers/ users can search by both Email and Username.

Currently, the only search term that can be used is a writer's email address

It's never been the case here. On EssayChat, writers who advertise their services can enter their email only because that's (as it was explained to us by EssayChat) the only logical option to avoid deception.

Currently, the only search term that can be used is a writer's email address

Incorrect.

So, the only way that anybody on this forum knows us is by our S/N

This applies to Regular Profiles only. Featured writers can (depending on their settings) be searched and viewed by the following profile pages:

- essayscam.org/freelance-writers/{writer_email}
- essayscam.org/freelance-writers/{writer_forum_username}/
- essayscam.org/freelance-writers/profile-{random_number}/ (if a writer prefers to hide their username from the public)

In addition, a Featured writer has a dedicated page at essayscam.org/freelance-writers/{writer_forum_username}/ (which, obviously, can be searched and accessed by this username).

All of the above is also described on the /writer-profile/ page.

it fails to mention that the only search terms

Incorrect, again.

UPDATE: We reached out to EssayChat and they didn't have a problem adjusting the search box so that now it's possible to enter either Email or Username into their search box.

Dedicated pages at essayscam.org/freelance-writers/{writer_username}/ are reserved for Featured writers who can control all aspects of their privacy (like hiding their forum Username / posting history, or Email). Regular writers cannot control that, so - for privacy reasons - we designed it this way.
