Question about SNR / Student Network Resources and PaperXXX

Hi guys...

I just found this website today and I would like to have a try on them,

But when I clicked a link in their page it just bring me to another website called "PaperXXX" (Sorry I don't know if I can post the full name in here)

Is that website belong to SNR ? Or they have a partnership with them ?
