I had ordered a MBA finance case write-up and gave them all the requirements. They delivered an incorrect solution and did not satisfy any of my requirements. The quality felt like the elite MBA/CFA writer was a high school grad!!. I requested for a refund in a very polite manner explaining the reasons for it. They stopped responding to any of my emails. They didn't seem to care. They just ignored me and i kept pursuing it.

I even addressed my email to Audrey the so called CEO. They claim that Audrey is from Rady school of management - i enquired with the school and that person is a fake.

They have one of the worst customer services any company can have - well they seem legit on the surface but thats only a rosy facade, you dig deep and you will know what they are made up of.

Take my advice and DO NOT buy into them.
