Was wondering if anyone has experience with number1papers.com?

I've been poking around here for the day and have realized you can't endorse anyone or any site but can someone 'direct' me into the right direction? I've been looking at freelancewriter out of New York anyone have any bad reviews for him or just all good or don't even know who he is? I'm hesitant to even go to any company that would be harder to control if something where to go bad as opposed to just an individual person.
