This is what I've just sent to GraduateWriter people. I'd advise students to do what's best for them as far as pricing is concerned (GraduateWriter is not the cheapest), but in the end you get what you pay for.

Just wanted to say thanks for doing this so last minute. We got scammed (sp?) by another website that we used. They were completely off topic and when we I pointed it out to them, they played stupid. I asked for a total rewrite on Monday and they were supposed to have it done by this morning. They did nothing. I called them at about 3:30pm today. They played stupid again and disconnected me. I called back and was told they were having some kind of problem and that they would call back. It's now 11:40pm and I'm still waiting for the call. Needless to say, thank goodness for you people. Long story short, I felt you deserved an explanation for the last minute request.

I don't know if you are working through the night, but should you need anything, feel free to call me. I'll have the phone with me all night. I'll check my email again first thing in the morning around 7:30am eastern standard time.
