I'm a graduate student who got really upset after having received a mediocre paper from a company that claims to be located in the UK but in fact they are from an offshore country (their website started with uk.). My experience reveals that the ONLY person who speaks pretty good English at that service is the marketer / sometimes live chat. Writers are clearly ESL writers with very poor quality research skills and reviews attached to them are unreal.

I am extremely upset about this essay. Clearly you did not read the materials that I sent to you and paid for you to use. For $140.00, I was told I would get a high level paper (a "Porsche"), instead, I received a generic paper that spend time talking about one thing that I do and even was very inaccurate in describing that. I attached the documents that were attached when I asked for a quote and also attached the email that Sharron and I exchanged. In addition, I attached the essay, which I made some changes, but highlighted areas that are completely wrong.
1. I took out the reference that my court appointed special advocacy is for foster children.
2. I took out the reference to dealing with people who are stuck in briefs in that anyone looking at my resume knows that I am not a litigator and if you read the email that I exchanged with Ms. Sharron I specifically mentioned that to stay away from the litigation because I am a transactional lawyer who brings people together through the negotiation process.
3. VERY IMPORTANT, I am unemployed who does some work on the side for another attorney on an as needed bases (as said on my resume).
4. NOT ONE JOB FROM MY RESUME is incorporated into the essay. One of the attachments show the model I want the writer to use - referenced as #4 Word document, which clearly the writer did not read and likely did not read any of my attachments.
There is no thought or customization tailored to my resume and using the materials I sent. At one point in the attached documents I asked the writer to use a quote, which is not used.
I am intelligent enough to know he spent little time on this paper and wrote a generic paper that he THINKS would apply, but I paid for a "Porsche" and received a "Chevy". I could have had another paper writing company write this for $10.00 per page or spent a few hours writing it myself with this type of content.
As discussed in my email, I asked that the paper be changed to provide for inaccuracies so that if what I need done. Please look at my resume and in accordance with the document #4 discuss my jobs in terms of specific duties and how they would translate to working for a non-profit (negotiating on behalf of nonprofits, managed over 50 open files at any given time, identifying critical issues and making sound recommendations to effect change), being a lead attorney on the XM Satellite Radio, Inc. project - making tough decisions and problem solving, all integral in successfully managing a nonprofit, etc.
Luckily, I changed my meeting to turn this essay in to Friday. Please tell me when I can expect the paper I paid for - thought, yes, time ( read the materials and incorporate them into the essay). Seriously, I paid for professional that know how to write high level, difficult papers. This essay turned out so elementary. I will add that the different types communication works, the background in legal studies over my resume stuff doesn't work, "from the time I was a child when I began studying law" doesn't work, a child does not study law and if he/she does, once they are in law school they quickly learn they know nothing about law. Perhaps, at best, since a child interested in law and fairness works better.
Please reply ASAP with specifics on providing me a high quality essay and when I can expect it. I am reasonable and know that I will have to make minor changes on my own, but will not pay you 140.00, only to write the whole paper. Please let's avoid a PayPal dispute and resolve it in a peaceful way.
