there are "legit," which is becoming a horrible and over-used term, companies everywhere.
in some "shady" companies, there are "legit" writers or "legit" administrators.
many web vendors have writers from the US, UK, Australia, etc... all working as independent contractors.
if you are looking for a national brick and mortar essay vendor, I would be more specific than "US."
