So I placed an order with this company for my final yr project. But as soon as I placed the payment I felt immensely guilty and morally wrong, so I asked for a refund, to this I got answered that it would take 5-7days to process the refund, and then I got messages from several different numbers saying I can't get my refund, and the payment didn't go through (which is a lie) and one number threatened to report me to the ministry of education???? like what?? I have received no work from them and neither wish to use their services. They only have my name and phone number, can they report me? I payed through bank transfer, how possible is it for me to get a refund back?
