Hey, guys.

I ordered a paper from Student Research recently. They already charged me for the paper and guaranteed to deliver it to me within one week. But nearly two weeks later, I got an email from them:

Due to the following reason(s) below, we were unable to complete your custom research order. As a result of this situation, you will not be receiving the material you requested, nor will your credit card be charged for this order.

We would like to assure you, that this situation is extremely rare.We work our hardest to insure that all our customers are happy. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have resulted.

Assignment OrderPlease be aware if you have other pending orders with us, they have not been canceled. The only order that has been canceled is the one specified below.

This email sounds frankly to me, but more than 6 business days have past, I still haven't got my refund. I emailed them to ask about it, but I get no response.

I don't know what to do right now, hope for some advices, Thank you!
