I used your services about a month ago, and actually got a good product. For a second assignment, I decided to use your services again. This is where things went totally wrong.
The product I got was horrible. I would like to call your attention to order# 2094879. Yes, I accepted the MS Word version, but this was only after several weak attempts by your writer, and I had no choice but to turn something in. I ended up with a D on a paper, which I actually had 45 minutes to touch up to get to that point. Again, I had to turn SOMETHING in, because a zero in any course would be unrecoverable.
Since that time I have been going back and forth with your staff. I have asked on numerous occassions to speak to the owner, and get denied. I paid $160 for a late, weak product that got me a D. Offering me a 5% discount on the next paper and a $10 refund does not come close to customer service.
I ask that you look into this matter and give me a refund. If not, I will proceed to do what I have said I would do in the exchanges with your staff. I am not a young college kid who you can take advantage of. I am a professional, with many resources.
I shall await your response before taking further actions.
