Ok, here's my story:

-order essay from oxbridgessays.com on 18th DECEMBER, a 6 DAY essay

-not assigned an 'expert' until Jan. 4th! (over 2 weeks after I ordered it!)

-I panic and decide to buy a 2 day essay which costs me £810

-this essay arrives over 24 hours late and due to it being so late it was effectively useless for me.

-on their site it says for every 12 hours the essay is late, they will refund 20% (so therefore I should get 324£ back)

-oxbridgeessays tell me they are only willing to refund me £150 and give me an excuse that the expert was given short notice - although I order it over 2 weeks ago! I am still yet to receive this refund

(I still think I am being generous accepting a 40% refund, their service was essentially useless to me - it seems this company preys on nervous students in tough times)

So, what can I do to get my money back? Any help is greatly appreciated

I'm not thinking of accepting the £150 refund!

The problem is that in their terms it says 'all refunds are at the complete discretion of Oxbridge Essays LLP.' So does that mean I can't challengre them?

Although it also says on their site in the FAQ section:
"Q. What Happens If My Work Is Late?
A. This is extremely unlikely as we pride ourselves on our reliability, but we will discount you 20% of the full-price for every 12 hours that your essay is late. We have never had to issue such a refund as our work is always delivered on time."

well they decided to give me the full refund that I asked for!

I mean, I think oxbridge essays is a good company for getting a well written essay, unfortunately they took their time with me and as a result it cost me a lot...

anyway I'm glad the issue has been resolved properly
