Writing Careers / Stop Writing for essaywriters.net [340]

I am a writer with a bachelor's degree, and I will be getting my Master's degree in literature in May 2007. I have excellent writing skills, and I have never submitted work that wasn't researched and written by me. I provided excellent services for essaywriters.net, and in many cases qualified for a "bonus" because the clients thought so highly of the quality of work I submitted. Still, I am among those having difficulty getting paid for my work. I was supposed to be paid $88 by ACH on April 1st-3rd. I got all the usual excuses like my needing to be owed $200 before they could send it, then they tried twice but it wouldn't "go through". I was later told that if I wanted the money on a paypal account (which I don't have) I could have it right away, but if I insisted upon ACH I would have to wait until the April 15th-17th pay period. A representative name Margie said I would receive the two pay periods combined, and promised it would never happen again. On April 16th, I did receive the $88, but not the balance of $334 now due. Yeserday I was told it would be here today, and today I was told that it would be here tomorrow. I had to cut back my hours at work so that I could concentrate on my last semester of school, and finishing my thesis. I took the job with essaywriters because I wanted to save money for a vacation in August to reward myself for getting my MA, and to thank my hubby for being so supportive during the process. We are in no dire straights, but the money is MINE, and I deserve to be paid in a timely manner. I did the work, and should be fairly compensated. Anyone who thinks I am asking to much can feel free to work for free, but I didn't agree to write all those essay for nothing, and I think it is very reasonable to expect to get paid.

Guess what? The money that I was supposed to be transferred Tuesday ... then Wednesday ... then today ... is still not here. The same person, Margie, told me this morning that she would verify what happened with the accountant, and call me back within the hour. That was 3 1/2 hours ago. My hubby works with a local computer crimes division of a police force and is researching the best way for us to initiate a class action law suit against these lying b-ards. I will keep you all posted.

My personal e-mail address is sunreporterq@yahoo. If anyone is interested in being interviewed for a newspaper or magazine article about completing assignments, then not being paid by essaywriters.net, please email me your first and last name, the state you live in, and a contact phone number. If you are not interested in being interviewed, but would like to initiate a class action lawsuit, please email your name and phone number to the same email address. Please specify whether you are interested in being interviewed, filing a lawsuit, or both. In the subject line of your email, put "Essay writers Fraud Complaint" so you are easily identified. Thanks, in advance, to anyone who cooperates.

If you are wondering whether or not essaywriters.net monitors this site, you bet they do. After my last post they canceled my account because I was not "loyal" to them. Honestly, loyalty was the word the company used. It was written that I would receive all my compensations within three days. I am going to wait the three days, and when I DON'T receive my money, I am going to go ahead with the class action suit. I have found an attorney who is interested. He will work on contingency, but his fee is almost 30% of any winnings. It might not seem like it is worth it, but I just feel that they have gotten away with this for far too long. Thanks to those of you who contacted me today. Like me, I can tell a few of you just want something done. As for my cancellation from essaywriters, my heart is broken. I had intended to keep writing for a company that wasn't paying me. Yeah, right. A word to the wise, though. Make sure you guys make copies of all your correspondences with them. Luckily, I printed everything from my account on Tuesday because I no longer have access to it. My "friend" Margie, who was always promising that I'd be paid, ducked my calls for the rest of today. I also printed my cell phone records to show the number of calls I've made since the beginning of this month, trying to get paid. Make sure you all do the same. Ciao.

I, too, am objective. I did get the bulk of my earnings the day after I was terminated. There is only a small balance to be transferred on Tuesday. If I don't receive it, I will forge ahead with the suit. If I do receive it, I won't be able to. The funny thing is, it would have been easier for them to pay me correctly the first two times. I didn't use any kind of nickname when posting because I wasn't hiding anything. What I wrote was true. They didn't pay me at all during my first earnings period, and they did not pay me correctly during the second earnings period. I don't care about the termination because I had been burned twice, and I wasn't about to write another word for them. Believe me, Beth did not disappear. Someone is still monitoring this site. If you plan to continue with essaywriters.net, be careful not to give away info that might identify you. As for me, well, I have two more class periods, then I graduate. My husband and I decided we will still take that vacation, but we'll use a little from our savings. This experience with essaywriters.net was definitely not worth the trouble.

I don't know how hard they are working to identify the writers, but it would have taken little more than a third grade education to identify me. I identifed Margie as the rep who was "trying to help me." One call to Margie about a whiner whose name started with the letter Q, and that's that. As well, the e-mail address I gave you guys to contact me is the same e-mail address the company uses to contact me. As I said, I hadn't written for them since I suspected I wouldn't be fairly paid, and I wouldn't have ever written for them again, so my termination was laughable. The point is that there was no need to disguise myself, so i didn't. As for rat289, my university has a policy against buying papers, and I have never done that. It is not illegal, however, for me to assist in writing papers for other people, edit, or write for companies. For example, I wrote a paper about improving the first aid plan for a city. I have a bachelor's degree in English, and more that a decade of experience in medicine. I was highly qualified to write the paper. The city official was very pleased with it. There was nothing illegal, or immoral, about it.
