I'm a graduate student major in healthcare management.

I took a decision analysis class( like cost-effectiveness and so on for healthcare policy) and need to write a 2 pages paper on a existing paper.( critique the paper). I have paper critique's check list and lecture slides and just wondering anyone could help me on that (People at least should know QALY-quality adjusted life year and Life expectency and markov model ). the paper is like I choose a article for a cost-effectiveness analysis of a medical recommandation and you analysis the paper how well or bad the paper done on that.
