Is ma-disstertations.com legit?

I am considering the use of this site for a master's thesis. Can anyone tell me if this site is legit and if they do good work? If they're a scam...any suggestions on a site that is NOT a scam? Or are they pretty much all scams and I should just do the paper myself?
