This a response to the message posted by a freelance writer for Student Network Resources Inc., that goes by the initials of E.M.

Student Network ResourceThe writer was not an employee of Student Network Resources, she was a freelance writer contracted to complete various writing assignments for our company and clients. After various complaints by our customers regarding the quality of the work completed by E.M., we decided to terminate our work relationship with her, once she completed her remaining contracted work.

We informed E.M. of our decision via email and she responded back that she quit, wanted to be paid immediately and would not be finishing any of the remaining pending orders she was contractually obligated to complete. We responded informing her that if she did not complete the remaining orders we would have to pay other writers a higher rate to complete them, a cost which would be absorbed completely by her.

She did not respond to our email nor did she complete any of those pending orders. We have a solid reputation within our industry with both our writers and clients which can be easily verified. This individual is clearly upset because we did not retain her services based on the poor quality of her writing and her understanding of simple instructions.

It is apparent that E.M. is not satisfied with our decision as she has posted her fictitious complaint on various websites.

If any of the above information needs to be clarified, you can contact our supervisor Mark at mark@snrinfo.com. We have an email thread which clearly states all the facts mentioned in our rebuttal post.
