Hey guys,

Please help me out.. I had ordered an essay for 350 pounds with essay academia, and they did all wrong work and then they agreed to give me full refund and also sent me mail for confirmation of refund when i had claimed in paypal. But paypal said they would help with my case as its not in their policy. Then i contacted the bank, the bank says they cant do anything as the payment want made by payapl, and that i will have to take help from them. I have contacted essayacademia 100 of times via mail and there chat, but they never reply.. Its 2 1/2 months now, and i still dont have my refund.. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTION. its a big amount and i dont want to loose it at any cost.. plz help

Yeah m preety much out of luck! i had sent an email to essay academia that i would do a legal case on them if i dont get my money back in this week. But they still havnt replied.. So u suggest i do a legal case on them or where should i complain for fraud... wont i be in problem as in isnt it illegal to get your dissertation written by other company?

Plz tell me step by step how and where should i complain.. i stay in uk...
