As much as I can tell most of the traffic coming from this website is from Kenya. When I went to pay for a writer I was diverted to PayPal Sandbox which is a Paypal developer site. With some fancy programming they were able to log me into there Paypal Developer account. This account does not take money, but it does take your credit card number along with your expiration date and 3 digit verification code. I called my bank and cancelled my card since it will probably wind up on the back market. I will contact Paypal tomorrow to let them know.
