I was struggling with writing my personal statement, trying to cut it down etc. you guys know, all that jazz. I had a draft done, but I needed help condensing it down and fine tuning so i turned to what seems a reputable company. Alas I was sent a HORRENDOUS statement, back, at the expense of 90 QUID! It was also, a major point, 700 characters OVER the tight ucas word count of 4000. Immediately, alarm bells were raised in my head, as I thought if they were such a professional company, they should be at least aware of the word count?? I emailed back saying I need this revised. I got a very cooperative 'of course the revision will be with you within the week'. One week later no response, after over 100 calls, over 20 emails, if I had a pound for every time I was told that my message would be past on to the elusive Stratos, alas I received no call. I sent a letter of demand asking my money back, and received the RUDEST, I repeat RUDEST email Ive been sent in my life. That it was apparently MY fault because my personal statement was SO bad. I was LIVID. Oh, and did I mention that I received this AFTER the UCAS deadline. I have NEVER been so Angry in my entire life. I repeat, do not trust these people dear students. I intend to bring these low lives down, anyone with a similar experience feel free to PM me!
