I ordered from them a few days ago, not realizing there were major complaints, and they didn't follow through at all. The "custom" writing was referenced with unverifiable references. What good is a paper if you cannot verify the quotes and research? There are NO websites and NO isbn numbers in any of the cited references. What a complete joke. $400 dollars shot to ****.

The company will not speak with me and is having me fill out paperwork online for revision requests. Such ********. I shouldn't have to do a revision request if the research was legitimate.

Damn I got took..........................................Wish I would have seen all of this before hand.

This sucks because I was really counting on the research. I hate doing research because of the time involved and working a fulltime job and going to school in my free time. Writing the paper itself is not that bad, if the research is done well.

Give you a run down of what happened.
First: Ordered a Custom Thesis with explicit instructions on cited references.
Second: Had to do revision because sources / references couldn't be verified.
Third: Had to do another revision due to isbn numbers couldn't be verified.
Fourth: Given up.

This company was horrible from the top down. When I called and complained about there "revision", the cusomer service agent wanted to argue with me. I called to explain that the isbn numbers provided couldn't verified. Custom Service stated I couldn't search for the books on the internet and must go to a library to search for the isbn and title. I call ********. Out of 20 books cited, not ONE book title can be verified on the internet. I started screaming at the guy about how CrAzY this is. Finally they decided to do ANOTHER revision. Third paper recieved, *sigh*, the quotes don't match the cited work. i.e. The quoted work doesn't match what is actually on the website / article. WOW WOW WOW. So not only was the research paper complete garbage, but the quotes where just pulled out of thin air. The greatest one is the quotes that are not in the cited reference.

I have never in my time seen such a miserable scam in my life. I would have rather had them take my money and run than take my money and continue to run me ragged. The money lost for the purchase of a bogus paper is one issue, but the time/money value that is wrapped up in the process is even worse.

Don't know how much I will post here in the future, but I hope everyone takes what I have posted to heart. If the service is this bad on the customers side, I couldn't even imagine how bad it is on the employees side.

RUN and stay as far away as possible from this warm pile of garbage.
