Is allwriting.net dying? 8 months and no orders.

It has been well over 8months now and the company (Allwriting.net) still do not have orders. Even currently when other writing services have plenty of orders, the available orders page for allwriting still reads zero at any one particular time. I bet if the number of orders they receive in a day go beyond 10.
