Hello All,

Thank you so much for the feedback. I understand that there is a concern for me to start a writing service business because of the competition in the market. However, I am trying to reach a "niche" market. In other words, I am targeting the following market:
1) People that can actually go to a physical location to drop work off and/or make payments (increases trust). This will set me apart from competitors.
2) People that actually want an 'A' paper or something close to it (I have heard some people who get their papers completed on time, but barely get a 'C'). I want to work with people who really care about their GPAs and would pay a decent rate to avoid getting an "inferior" paper.
The editor is my "star" of the new business; however, this person does not want to write the paper itself. I have some very good writers that would be "on-board", but the editor will take the paper to "another level." From what I have seen, I do not care how well someone writes, there are always errors made that can be fixed with an editor.
Based on my business experience, I can keep administrative expenses very low. Moreover, I understand that my rates are going to be a bit higher than the competition (this is why I am targeting a niche market that values high quality paper). Personally, I would have given my "left-arm" if I had this type of service when I was in college. I never did it because I did not trust the quality of the paper or the company not meeting the deadline.
Again, any other input would be appreciated, especially from freelance writers who have set up their own website for students.
