I tried to call two websites (ukessays.com and bestessay.com I think) that have "answering service" and let me tell you - it was just a waste of time. The answering persons (IF there's someone there available to answer using good English) had no idea what I was talking about -- she told me to fill out the contact form first. I think people who answer calls have no idea about writing papers - and if you don't have any ref# or something they won't help you in anything. I prefer to use email only - that way I always have hard proof.
