I needed a short assignment for my son's Btec he had done his powerpoint but he is not well with glandular fever, he needed it by 11 am today so I stupidly asked this company who charged me £280 to deliver by 11 am. They did not deliver and so I rightly cancelled the order, the person on the chat line was extremely rude and spoke very bad english, they said it would take 7-10 days to refund, however I had already checked my bank account and the money had not been taken, so I have contacted my bank about this scam and as I understand it if the money has not left the account they can put a stop on it. I hope so. In any event I want to report this company, as previous members have said their calls are from the USA, when I asked about this he said it was some sort of internet line (I don't understand this stuff) and he said they were based in Manchester. I want to report them but don't really know who to do this with because at the end of the day it was our stupid panicking that caused it.

Any ideas?
