Not only did Paper-helpers provide me with a HORRIBLE paper from a writer with the wrong background, but they refused a refund. I asked for a writer with a background in a specialized field, they provided me a writer with a B.A. and some "journalism experience." When I contacted them pointing out that the paper I received was awful, they first offered me a different writer. Then, they threatened to give the writer my information so that he could contact my school to report me to the disciplinary committee. DO NOT EVER do business with the Australian Paper Helpers. If you want to sample the paper I received, send me a PM. I'd be happy to show you the garbage I received.

I expect representatives from their company to come here and defend themselves, under false user names.

And now the customer serviced people have divulged MY personal information in a public forum (thank you admin for removing these at my request). You've witnessed them divulging my personal information with their last post. If you choose to do business with their company, this is what you are putting yourself at risk for. And their prices are more expensive... word to the wise, do NOT use Paper-helpers.

DO NOT EVER use Paper-helpers. If you speak English as a Second language, the service might be okay for your purposes. Otherwise, RUN far far away from this company. It's clear they are offshore and they lie about being an Australian research service. How come they advertised in a local Youtube channel targeting Australian and Chinese students? The reviews were scripted apparently. They claimed they have only native English speakers from renowned universities, but it was simply a lie. My younger sister would write the paper at much better quality. And she is on her first year of college.

Their reply to my complaint was:

According to us (and the contracted writer who completed the assignment, please note he is an expert in the required field of study), the model research paper has met the original instructions. The student (you) have kept asking for revisions to the point we concluded she might attempt to submit the model paper for an academic credit which would constitute a blatant violation of our Terms of Use. That was the moment we decided to refund the money. We're sorry you are trying to libel us on a public forum. We hope the situation can still be resolved peacefully. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions. If you need more revisions, we'll be happy to provide.
