I'd like to report dissertationhouse.co.uk as a scam website with a really really bad service - unimaginably bad service...

They haven't met any single deadline and what I received had nothing to do with anything I requested. There were 1st grade spelling mistakes and really bad grammar mistakes which horrified me. It looked like taken from another language and translated using google translate. Here's an extract of what they sent me:

Then, after chasing 4 times I was granted a full refund. Surprise! When I received my money back, I only got half the money and also discovered they took more money from my account without notifying me.

I've tried getting an explanation but my calls, emails and chats were left unanswered. This is a scam website and hopefully no one will ever go through what I've been through. And this is just the summary.
