We have well over 5,000 Freelance writers on our books and because we want to always offer the customer the highest level and quality of service we are quite punitive towards our writers if they produce low quality or plagiarized work.
We have a strict applications procedure and request proof of past samples of work that the writer has completed. This we feel is the best way to identify if someone is a good enough writer to join our researcher base. The essay is stored on the writers profile and is only used for the purpose of assigning the writer and checking their quality.
Writers payments are always sent on time through Bank transfer, we do not pay writers in Cash and we always pay on time unless there is a problem with the brief such that it is requiring amendments in which case the payment is delayed until the issue is resolved and the writer is informed of this.
We use our own bespoke plagiarism software and if the work is found to have been copied from any electronic source according to the contract that each writer has to sign they agree to forfeit their pay for the brief, this is because we have to refund the client or re assign it to another writer which is perfectly reasonable. Why should a Freelance writer be paid for work which is not of their own making? We provide very clear and detailed information on how to reference, present, structure every piece of work that we offer out and so it is for the Freelance researcher to read the instructions carefully.
Lastly, many writers have been on our books, such as Adrian for a long time. We have many writers who are still with us since 2001-2 and if required many hundreds of writers would post their positive comments and experiences here. There will be a few who are aggrieved because they have been penalized by our company; however this is the only way to keep up the standards. We do receive fake applications at times whereby the writing looks very good however when it comes down to the actual real paid research the returned work can be pretty poor. Since we have a dedicated team of Proof readers we are able to ensure none of this is sent out to out customers.
We are a very fair company and if any writer has any dispute then we will always look into this properly.

Prospect Solution
Further to my last post I have looked into our accounts and it appears that aldujda is actually a writer known as 'Muntazir haider Ali' who previously worked for us and was deleted from our systems due to a number of works that we received from him which were found out to contain plagiarism.
In the case of mohamedazith, we had frozen his account twice in the past for poor quality work, we gave him a second chance when he admitted in his emails that the work was not good. Therefore the management made the decision to permantly close his account after there was no improvement.
All email corrospondance can be supplied here if either writer is in any doubt as why they were not paid / frozen off our systems.
It is not acceptable to come on a website and write Libelous defamatory comments about a company which are entirely untrue.
