I did not get distinction for my thesis. They took money for me getting a distinction. There was a guarantee that if it is even 1% less than distinction they will refund 70% of my money. They now say that the writer is unwilling to accept his mistake because the feedback from the tutor was not taken for improvement. Also, now they have stopped that policy. Also the writers charges cannot be made if we return 70%. Also the amount charged was not so high that the money can be returned. Also because now they think that the policy was not good. They say they can return just 5% of the amount. They know the difference between 70% amount and 5% amount. What is this trash? They even disconnected my phone a few times? These rascals cannot be straightened by anyone other than me. I cannot afford to lose my hundreds of dollars for no reason. Complete bullshit company. Indian companies should never be paid in advance for their services. They run away once paid. THEY MUST LEARN TO BE CAREFUL IN WHAT THEY ASSURE. HOPELESS ADMIN. FOOLISH WRITERS. STAY AWAY. STAY MILES AWAY.
