Is The Uni Tutor a legit writing service?

From what I am getting at when researching this website, It seems to be the most popular writing service in the UK. I am from the US and I have failed to find a legit writing company that writes essays for under 15$ a page with a discount. It says on their site that their website has been featured on Business Insider, Daily Mail, and so on. They even have a section on their website tell you how to avoid essay scam sites. I have used sites such as SpeedyPaper and EssayUSA which both failed to provide me a quality paper, especially SpeedyPaper. Uni tutor seems to cost quite it bit more than these sites but I am willing to pay.
