Has anyone come across TOP TEN good companies in the business of academic writing (freelancing) from freelance writers' perspective?

If not, can we try to list TOP TEN of these?
Criterion could be:
a) Popularity amongst clients/consumers (avg. no. of assignments available at all times).
b) Fair-play / rules.
c) Timely disbursal of payments/dues to writers.
