I am happy that people have concern over quality and beside this I am worried because of those who spread false information and always try to put the employers on fire instead of correcting their work and making it to the point.

This site our ours is a replacement of old one and it is just there with basic functions in beta form for the writers who are already working with us or who want to get register with SuperWriters.us. That is the reason you find empty pages and pages with design template only. As far as the copied content is concerned this was the mistake of developer to put the template on server assuming the site has no traffic. With development the contents are replaced. If you see the present face of site it is different from any other side and does not violate rules.

For the message of Saeedakhter, let me share our communication with this so called self acclaimed writer. Before that, please be clear, we DON'T ASK any one to write for us. Writers apply for the post online, their applications are processed and when they accept terms they are given the orders to work on. So was the case with Saeedakhter. I needed to search our record for past few months to get the details I am sharing with forum fellows here.

Saeed Akhter applied for the writer's position with us during December 2008.
He was offered the position of 'Primary Writer' after few discussions and having his commitment to work on high standards.
He was assigned his first order in December 2008.
See his replies to that order and immediately asked for deadline extension that was also granted in due course.

Order was for 24 hours and he took 48 hours extra to complete his first order with us. To make it short, I am not pasting the text of all emails from him demanding more time and telling us new excuses every time.

Then he was assigned another order. He played the same tricks game with us on the same order and at the end left the order in the middle and got totally silent. Some messages from record will tell the story in 'his' own words.

At this level we told him that its over and we cannot work with such unreliable writers. He requested for the last and final chance to 'prove' his metal. That chance was also given to him. Now read what has happened with the last chance :)

You are right but now a days in Pakistan there is a power crisis and we do not have power for 8 hrs daily so, my apology for this belated response. Ok I try to submit it within time.

I do not know how you take it but here in this part of the world we are going through the serious power crises and we have to live without power for more than 18 hrs. Obviously it poses a great problem in completing my orders from you. Well I can work on the orders, giving me a space of at least 4 days to complete. Should I hope to have response from you?

Please note, this gentleman was assigned 3 orders. First order was refunded as he went 48 hours late and customer was not free enough to wait for him. Second order he refused in the middle after the due date. And the third order he never submitted till to date. Brave Saeedakhter, we the writing companies learn a lot from the writers like you. Unfortunately people like you make suspension about good writers also and genuine writers suffer as a result. It is better if you improve your work style and work honestly. If you were hired by us in past, that proved you have capability to do good writing, the only thing you lack is commitment. Instead of blaming others, be good to yourself and all will be well.
