I need to let everyone know that my problem was resolved completely and taken care of with the utmost consideration. I was very surprised at how quickly Essays for School responded to all of my concerns and went above and beyond my expectations. To be completely honest, when the problem first arose I was very tempted out of frustration to use every one of Carlin's dirty words to describe ES on this board, but I'm glad I did not. Given the nature of the service they provide there are some things that are beyond their immediate control. Furthermore, this reinforced for me that oftentimes it is beneficial to remain polite and respectful despite difficult circumstances. Thanks to ES and everyone on the board that helped me out during the ordeal.

Here is one of the many emails sent to me throughout the entire process.

I just read the paper that Essays for School delivered to you. No excuses -- I

agree with your assessment. I'd like to personally apologize for any
inconvenience associated with this order.

Please understand that we go to great lengths to ensure that each and
every one of our writers uses sound grammar, spelling, punctuation,
and style. In fact, I personally review every application that we
receive. As part of my review, I actually print-out each applicant's
writing samples and proofread, line-by-line. If I see any significant
errors (or a pattern of minor errors that I feel can't be permanently
corrected with a one-time phone call), I immediately toss the
application in the trash. We have neither tolerance for poor work nor
any desire to employ unqualified writers. We assume that an
applicant's writing samples are his or her "best work," so if there
are fundamental problems therein, we politely inform the applicant
that his or her services are not required.

We have asked Essays for School to provide us with a detailed explanation as to
why the quality of writing that she delivered to you is significantly
inferior to the writing in the samples that she provided to me as part
of her employment application. (I fully realize that it makes
absolutely no sense, but past applicants have actually admitted to
paying another person or online service to edit their writing samples
before submitting those samples to us!) In the meantime, we have
suspended Essays for School account. Depending on the validity of writer explanation
and whether or not she can successfully pass a stringent writing exam,
yours may be the last order that writer completes for our company.

As for your order, I have received permission to not only refund your
$198 payment, but also provide you with a FREE, 5-page paper on any
topic of your choice! Of course, the writer will not be writer.

Please note that we will have to manually process your free order, so
please respond directly to this email instead of trying to place the
order online.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I hope that
you will not hold against our company the isolated and completely
uncharacteristic actions of a single writer."

Although it would probably be best to clear the air, I am very apprehensive about discussing this further and am more inclined to "chalk it up to a loss." WritersBeware, I am tempted to give you the info you asked for so that we "can call the writer out" (they certainly deserve it) but I am worried about the possible repercussions of doing so. If you could send me a message to discuss this off the board it would be appreciated. In case you're wondering, this is what I sent to Essays for School amidst an anxiety attack...

"Hello, I don't really know what to say besides that I am very frustrated. The quality of the paper I received was nowhere near what I expected. It was obviously thrown together haphazardly without any attention given to style, grammar, and spelling etc. This I could overlook because I had every intention to use the paper as a resource and not to hand it in as my own but the writer did not pay attention to the specifications I included whatsoever and worst of all they used bullets throughout the paper to meet the required page length requirement *(wtf!?)*. I do not intend to file a claim for a refund regardless of what results from this. If you could have someone rewrite my order that would be great. If not, at least make sure you do not let *d bag who will remain nameless* work for you again."

O.K. So i finally received my paper... and its complete crap. I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this, but do I have any options? I won't request a rewrite because the writer is incompetent to begin with and I am concerned that if I complain about the complete lack of quality that they will attempt to contact my school... Yes I know I should have written it myself.

So I gave my writer a one day extension yesterday and I was contacted this morning that my order would be uploaded shortly. It has been three hours since that email and the scheduled delivery time has passed...What should I do? Is the final order sent to my email directly from the writer?
