Has anyone alse tried essayfirst.co.uk? Reassure me please?

I checked out their whois records, which match the address on the website (though you never know, do you..) Tried ringing, didn't get through, got the answerphone, but someone seems to listen to the messages at least as they emailed back pretty quick.

Anyway I just ordered an essay, so I guess I'll see..
