In any case, I really want to update you guys on what happened to me. I'm just desperately waiting for the phone call this week to get my refund. Any advice on what I should do if they refuse it? Also, if I take them to court, how much do you think that would cost me? I have all the emails that have been sent which are over 26 (in 2 weeks).. I also have the names of all the people that have a background about my case..
