This must be stopped by creating a law. all we have to do is to document all the cases, get an endorsement from congress or senate and it will surely be pursued given its significant impact especially on the educational system. This kind of activity may be not in the essence illegal for now, however, its ethical issues must be brought to congress and hopefully pass a law preventing this kind of exploitation.
