Hello everybody.
I'm quite new to this and have a question:
Are there any sites which let writers and customers come up with an individual price (similar to Elance or Guru)?
For example in my case I would not mind if a writer's English is not that perfect since I will rewrite it anyways so the essay is written "in my own words".

Any ideas on that?
