I paid for a paper to be delivered in 3 days and got in 4. The product was not on topic, rambling, and would have failed any high school lit class.

For 5 days I have been trying to get a response despite they claim they will respond in 12 to 24 hours. I have emailed, phoned, faxed, and tried online support which has been offline for 5 days.

So much for my free rewrite.
