Dear Writers!

This is Beth again, an HR representative from the essaywriters.net Team.

I was carefully following your comments regarding our company's work. I was also helping those writers who turned to me directly with their inquiries. I was doing my best to resolve the conflict of interests between some writers and the essaywriters.net Team.

And still I can see that some writers continue to post their negative comments on this forum even after their cases were individually investigated and their particular issues were successfully resolved. These writers seem to feel comfortable speaking out negatively about the essaywriters.net Team and at the same time working for the Company. The essaywriters.net however does not force any writer to cooperate with the Company. Every single writer enjoys the freedom of a flexible schedule and a personal choice to work or quit the Company.

We, the essaywriters.net Team, have recently put a lot of effort into significantly improving the system of cooperation with writers. First, we have offered our writers to speak their minds in the survey. The results of this survey were promptly analyzed. New staff was welcome to work out a new cooperation policy with our writers. As a result, we have updated our System and Writing Guide to assist our new and present writers with their writing, researching and time managing. We have introduced many new options in the system of taking projects and now it is the most efficient system online, and our writers can choose quickly what they like best. We have created a new system of professional upgrade and financial recognition through bonuses. We have improved the free access to paid libraries online to help our writers with effective topical research. Our instant messaging system is also improved, and every writer is treated individually. All the disputable cases, especially regarding salary, quality and plagiarism issues, are considered individually. Seems like this is not considered by the writers posting here, though it was made for their convenience.

I really wish that our most prominent and loyal writers also have find in their busy writing schedules to visit this forum and prove my words. Recently, we have received thank-you messages from our writers, who appreciate both system and communication improvements in the Company.

I also provided my contact information. Every writer is welcome to address me directly with his/her issue. I promise that we will take an individual approach to everyone.

We have also worked out our Terms and Conditions for every new writer who registers with us. We have done so to avoid possible future misunderstanding. We seek transparent and direct communication with our writers. In these Terms and Conditions we preserve the right to terminate the cooperation with the writer who is no longer eligible or who frequently violates the Company's quality policy.

This forum can be really a nice place for communication among writers, who come here to share their experiences, writing tips, etc. To our great disappointment some writers use this forum to compromise the reputation of our Company. We welcome these writers to speak to us directly.

We are hopeful that the writers who post their defamatory comments here do not cooperate with the Company at the moment. Believe me it is really very unpleasant to realize that some of these writers can be working with us and speaking nasty things about us behind our backs.

We are always striving to take a fair side in any conflict between the customer and the writer, as well as between the writer and the Company. We are ready to guide our writers, to help those writers who are less experienced to grow with the Company.

We have no intention to delete your correspondence or any other signs of your activity in the system. Please write me an e-mail, give me the order numbers where the correspondence was "hidden" from you and we'll investigate the case.

We are living in the world where everybody can speak his/her mind.
I have spoken mine on behalf of the Company.

Dear Writers!
Here is a little update in regards to the two payment options mentioned by you here.
XOOM.com has indeed raised our limits a bit, as we are using it on regular basis, but as the number of writers with XOOM.com availability is growing, salary processing is being delayed because of the limit set. If you have a possibility to obtain the details for other payment options please submit them to your profiles, set them as primary and turn to the Support Representatives in Common Message Session under the Salary/Payment issue category for them to be verified and the wages processed.

E-gold was indeed not yet established in March as per the messages exposed here due to insignificant amount of writers applying for this particular method. Once we have obtained e-gold account information from over 30 writers, the account has been set up and is now successfully operating, so please feel free to submit the e-gold details to the company in your profile.

My advice to essayer would be to make sure that this payment type is set as primary and contact support to make sure they are verified.

Greeting! I would like to thank the writers that have taken the time to send a note to me; the cases will be shortly resolved as promised.

I would also like to thank rat289 for a fair assessment of the situation. You are right; I have no experience in any sort of commercial or academic writing, I'm just a regular employee of EssayWriters.net. I registered at the forum to become closer to the problematic situations occurring in the process of writing and hasten the resolution of such issues.

Amy, I'm here not to offend anybody. Though I saw your comment right after my post, I still think that you are professional enough to avoid taboo language usage on a forum, opened to this many qualified writers for view.

Hi everyone! Please let me interfere into your disputes and discussions with little comments and remarks. My name is Bethany Halfacre and I'm the Assistant Manager of HR Dept director at EssayWriters.net. We have been watching the development of these discussions and threads for quite a while now, making observations and necessary conclusions. Now I would very much like to comment on some of the problems that were mentioned here.

First of all, we do not tend to hide from the issues that may rise among our employees. We are more than glad to receive your feedback in any possible and acceptable means EssayWriters.net has. I see that some of you state that your e-mails and messages remain unanswered or are answered indefinitely. We always try to process your requests in timely manner, however you may also imagine, and how much time a request that needs investigation may take. Some of the problems you mention in particular orders require thorough investigation, involving people from different departments working by different schedules. In cases like that we do hope for your patience and understanding and try to process those as soon as possible.

As per your statements about us being fraudulent and not officially registered, I can confirm that claims are false. All of the statements that you may possibly have found online that state otherwise come from competitors that use a bit unfair ways to discredit us by blackmailing. We are fair to the writers, as they are really our main asset, but the cases of the company policy violation are punished in every company, as at EssayWriters.net. Before the start of your cooperation with us you are offered a lot of information about the company's standards and requirements from you. Some of you state that they didn't plagiarize. You are always welcome to ask the Quality Assurance Dept. to revoke the case and perform investigation. You will receive a detailed explanation of the decision with recommendations for future reference. We are not "hiding behind plagiarism", we just demand quality works submitted.

I know that there have been a lot of updates on salary methods lately, but they are all done for your convenience. The only thing that is required from you is to provide us with everything necessary in a timely manner. We are working with a lot of writers and processing systems that also have their own ways and principles, what requires us to be precise and attentive.

Some of the posts here belong to people that were fired from the company. As I have already stated above, we value our writers, but when the company rules are violated, there is no point of keeping an employee like that. Every single case of plagiarism, low quality and late submission puts reputation of the company under doubt and this we can't tolerate. I understand that this may not be pleasant to receive and accept and most of writers get very frustrated, but this is not only the policy of EssayWriters.net, but any successful company. Of course, as I have stated above, you have a right to revoke the decision if you think it was unfair.
