Writing Careers / Stop Writing for essaywriters.net [340]

Message:

Boy! Am I glad I found this web site before I did something stupid. I, like many others, signed up on this site, thinking it to be trustworthy and honest; however, I hesitated to select a writing assignment because there was nothing in the sites information, rules and guidelines, about protecting the writer's copywrit should their work be rejected and unacceptable. And while I was reading what it said about the work being returned because it had been refused by the individual requesting it for various reasons, I go this strange feeling (you know, when your "inner voice" is trying to tell you something and is usually right), that it would be an excellent way for them to make money on the writers work and NOT HAVE TO PAY THEM. HOW? BY RETURNING THE MATERIAL UNDER FALSE PRETENSES, WHEN IN FACT, THE INDIVIDUAL REQUESTING THE WORK WAS PLEASED WITH IT AND HAD INDEED ACCEPTED IT! And even if the writer learned of this deception, his/her hands would be tied to do anything....since he/her had no proof they had written the article.

I learned a long time ago, that what a writer can do to protect his/her writings, without having to go through the channels of getting a copywrit, is to date and mail a copy of your written material to yourself SPECIAL DELIVERY....and never open it....unless of course you see your stolen material in print and under someone else's name.

Well, after reading Roger's comments as well as all the others, this is one writer on that site that won't be "hoodwinked" by these Scam artists! I really feel sorry for those who are placing so much hope with these frauds! Let us pray their eyes will be opened sooner than later!
