Dont make me laugh! BASIC authentication procedure? Card processors do it for you, it's XXI centrury, duh. When I applied for a 30 year morgage they didn't require so much confidential information.

Last week I bought stuff from amazon and bestbuy, I entered my credit card info and poof, the products were shipped and delivered.

Do you really want to know what I would reply if they requested a copy of my drivers license and two sides of my credit card?

I buy online every week and have never seen a company to REQUIRE to send you anything!

Copy of credit card, passport, drivers license, military documentation!? Hell no! And this info is sent by email??!! (right, you can blame the customer he sent you the info by insecure means when it gets intercepted by hackers). Are you even PCI compliant? Then what happens to the information, how is it stored (even if securely, too late since it was sent to you insecurely). Who has access to the information, for how long? What if the information is stolen, who's responsible (the customer obviously)?

On top of that, the student sucker won't even get the essay she ordered, how funny is that!? Yes, the company will refund the money, but they retain this crucial information forever and probably store it in a drawer or on their insecure email accounts.

As I said there's a moron born every day. Students who buy essays are idiots and suckers at the same time. Especially those who willingly give away the most precious and confidential information they have to an online company.
