Just to clarify, we don't have anyone who works on a Sunday, hence we cannot respond to emails on Sundays. For everyone who has sent an email, these will be responded to and dealt with today.

As WB identified, this isn't our support system - on that point, please check the holding page on our website and contact us using the email addresses provided.

I do appreciate that it's taking a while to get through all the emails, but we are getting through them as quickly as we can.

Even if we do not reply, we are getting all emails through, and we will get all work out by the end of the day.

For all other enquiries, please please email the addresses on the website.

WB, I'm sorry you are not happy about us 'breaking the rules' - this situation is far from usual, and we are simply trying to do the best for our customers, both buyers and writers - we have provided email addresses, and I've asked people to use them, as above, but at the same time, we want to help our customers in any way possible, and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Hope you are all well - it's been a long night for us!!

If you go to the EssayBay home page, it gives instructions for contacting us - if you send your email to the addresses provided, then we are able to pass messages on to clients, and send work on to them from writers. In the same way, we have an address set up for clients, so that we can pass messages back to writers. Also, we will of course honour any withdrawal requests - indeed, I'm just about to start doing a batch now. Simply email the address provided, and we will get this processed for you ASAP.

Yeah, we've had a problem with our IT Infrastructure which has resulted in us having to take EssayBay down.

All the data is safe and we know what work is due, but until we can sort our infrastructure problems the site itself will not be up.

If you can, please submit the work to admin [at] essaybay [dot] com, and include the order number, and we will pass it on to the customer. At the same time, if you want to withdraw funds from your account, email the above address and we will get that processed for you.

P.S. Mods, I know posting email addresses isn't really in the rules, but I am purely doing it to help our writers and buyers out - we will have a holding page up on the site soon, which will contain all the needed email addresses - I hope you understand :-)
