Hi I have just paid my £199 for a small essay, and am now gutted because I have just read the complaints and comments. I also feel sick that I have helped to contribute to some form of criminality and / or terrorism.

I have cancelled my card, so they no longer have my details, but I paid using a UK debit card and therefore have no way of getting my money back.

What can I do? I have sent them loads of emails and left them mesages threatenening legal action, but I am just awaiting a reply.

Just managed to cancel my order after explaining my concerns to them, but they will only refund me 40% back.

I paid £199, so I will get back £79.60 apparently, and this will be credited to my accoiunt within 7 days. This will remain to be seen.

The reason that I have accepted their offer of 40% is because I feel it is better than to get nothing back. I may consider legal action for the rest of the money, after I receive the first amount.

Time will tell...
