Do you mean the policy in which the company immediately REFUNDED the customer AND let the customer keep the paper for FREE, even though it wasn't directly the company's fault?

That should be obvious and the right thing to do. If you didn't refund the customer would do a chargeback anyway.

Regarding a policy, I mean the fact the company is not disclosing, in a prominent area, that the "custom essay" will be put up for sale for everyone to see and buy after 6 months. Small print or TOS text doesn't and shouldn't do the trick.

The customer clearly stated "6 months," which is longer than an entire college semester.

Ah, so if a college semester had 3 months the company would decrease the number from 6 months to 3 months. :( Pretty obvious how the company is proactively trying to undermine the educational system.

Look, just trying to help the student and the company. The forum is to discuss things. Not saying Term Paper is a scam, but it seems some of their policies are not customer-oriented in any way.

This ignorant question doesn't require an answer.

I wanna know, please answer.

Don't like the terms of the contract? Don't order.

Well, surely this customer wasn't expecting his essay to be publicized the next day. Ah, mistakes happen. Company does a refund, student gets expelled from school.

Not a win-win situation, for sure :(.

It was a mistake by the WRITER, which has nothing to do with the company.

It doesnt change the fact if I buy a dissertation from Term Paper Online today I wont be able to use it in a few months because it will be put up for sale and it will be detectable by search engines and/or Turnitin. Why would I want to pay for a "custom essay" by Term Paper if I could buy a "pre-written essay" for a fraction of the price? Or just buy an access to "1 million essays" for $20 a month.

Can you explain it to me, please?

It's suppose to be 6 months before they post anything.

Say what!? You paid for a custom essay made "specifically for you" and they sell your essay? The next day? You are a sucker :(. Why they call it 'custom research'?

What if you bought a dissertation that is due in 8 months? You screwed! :( Thanks for nothing (less my hard earned money).
