I'm pretty certain I'm in the process of being scammed by these guys right now. Do you guys have any advice as to what sort of threats I need to make to get my money back? Is it even possible to get my money back?
Further, do you think I should cancel the debit card I used to make this purchase? Are they going to be selling my card numbers or anything?
So glad to find there's a site dealing with this kind of stuff!
Thanks,
Nick

Any advice on getting my money back from ewritingpal.com?I got royally scammed by the gentlemen from ewritingpal.com. I paid 104 dollars for a short research paper, which they delivered three days late, and only after I called and e-mailed them repeatedly threatening them with legal action. When they finally delivered the paper, it was complete crap.
Does anyone have any advice on how I should go about attempting to get my funds returned to me? They're pretty gifted at giving the run-around, so if anyone has any good advice, it'd be greatly appreciated!
