Hi everyone,

I have just spent the evening on the phone to dissertation-service.co.uk. I have been completely ripped off and wanted to contact their external regulators. As you can imagine I had an extremely difficult time getting anything other than falsified information, including, names, contact details etc and was left on hold and hung up on several times.

They are not registered or regulated and have falsly advertised in ways I have never come across. I have been averaging 2:1 in my studies of Film and Journalism and wanted to increase my chances of gaining a 1st and so employed the services of the above website in hope of getting some professional assistance. Shocking stuff. I received a 2:2 dissertaion paper along with two critical reviews that received well below 60% although I paid for a minimum grade of 2:1.

I feel awful about the situation and realise that if I hadn't been so lazy and applied myself I couldnof walked away with the kind of degree I know I am capable of achieving.

Please all students stay well clear of these websites!! I have reported this particualy one to the trading standards agency. I am awaiting a reply and will post the outcome. I have also requested a full refund (I'm doubtful that I will get anything).

Apply yourself to your studies and you can achieve anything. You get what you put in.
