I saw your thread , I understand how you feel. I lost so much time and sleep over this order. I wish they could just be straight forward instead of keeping us into the dark.

I really though some of the writers that work for them on this website will comment ,but I guess they just run out of way to defend this company

I read some of the post ,and I couldn't understand why people had so much animosity against this company and the writers on this forum, but I understand now. Why would you defend a company like that?

Yes , there s good writers at essay samples ,yes there are bad writers too and yes there are ESL writers too. However, customers should be able to contact the company. With essay samples, THEY decide if they want to contact or reply to you.

I will just advice anybody who think about placing an order, to choose a different company. There s good ,bad and ESL writers in most of the company.

At essay samples unfortunately you won't have any guarantee of a good work nor to receive your order on time ,nor to be able to contact them, nor to get a refund .

Choose a company that at the very least you know that if they do a bad job ,you can contact them and work something out.

I several essays from a sample essay service.

The work I received so far was both good and bad,
I do believe this company has good and bad writer like every other companies .
I bought an essay the 11th that was due on the 14th at 11:00 am. The writer sent me a message the 14th at 10:31 to tell me that he had difficulty with my essay.

I am sorry but what exactly I am supposed to then? How am I supposed to help him 29 min before the due date?
I received my essay the 14th at 5:57 pm ,behind the deadlines.
I requested a rewriting, after reading through the essay and realizing that the essay wasn't answering the requirements.
The writer sent me another message and once again I tried my best to clarify, and I gave another deadline: the next day by 11:00am

It has been more than 48 hours now that I contacted the customer service and I haven't received any response. I don't have any response from the writer either.

I tried to call the company, I tried to call network student resources .I left messages. Nobody is contacting me back

When it comes to the quality of the essay,I understand that things happen. When it comes to not meeting the deadlines without explanation and to not be able to reach customer service ,by mail or by phone I think that is unprofessional .

I used different writing services before and that is the first time that I receive an essay past the deadlines and I am unable to reach customer service

Now I would like to know if I will ever have my essay.
