Sorry, a little warning for the long rant >.<;
They are extremely awful and very rude after you pay them! I had an issue with my paper because it wasn`t properly cited and filled with quotation and this girl on the phone YELLED at me, because to her I didn`t inform them that it should be cited and I didn`t inform them that there should be no quotations! (its an academic paper, and I chose the APA format..so you would think by common sense since you clicked this format button, they would follow the APA format properly) when I said this to her, she flat out screamed at me, to the point that I had to raise my voice and yell at her so she can shut up and hear me out?! She then got offended and threatened me by not sending my references (which I paid an extra fee for). So we are having this argument where im telling her your violating your contract from this end since I paid for references to be send, not only the articles (my writer for some reason chose to use two books). Also in the website, at the frequently asked questions, it says 'If you modify the requirements in any way (such as asking for a new section or a different topic) then we can add to or change your paper through a "rewrite service" which comes with a nominal fee we can quote you at that time. Since according to her, im modifying my weird requirements?! I was also not granted that. I was verbally abused and screamed at like a little child. I`m still extremely shocked over the customer service, where when I had a chance to speak, I always get interrupted. I had to tell her to LISTEN to me first! They are so nice when you talk to them but once you pay, they don`t bother asking about you. Also, at the frequently asked questions, it says that you can speak to the write, which I wasn`t allowed.
They claim that they have PHDs and MAs writing the paper, but the quality of the paper was not of that level at all. The material used was not in that level either. (I`m a research assistant so I know how to write) they gave me a paper which was only 7 pages, had 6 quotations (one of the quotations was a paragraph!) and some sections were summarised over and over but worded differently.
While their claim that it isn`t a foreigner writing this paper is true but they forgot to mention that its written by white trash. I rather have a foreigner writing the paper (since I would never submit it like the way it is anyways) than deal with the headache that I dealt with.
They also don`t inform you when they cancel your request for revisions, they just cancel them! And there is no management, its only one person.
I also got charged extra fees after I paid, and when I argued saying that the website doesn`t mention extra fees. She apologized and told me that we cant process your order until it gets paid and when I asked for a refund, she said that it isn`t refundable because I ordered a paper??!!! What does that suppose to mean? And it isn`t like they give you a $20 extra fee, I paid around $150.
Anyways, the only reason I took the time to write this is because of the customer service. I never had someone yell at me like that and insult me. Since there is no management, no one is recording the conversation so they can treat you however they want and you can`t do anything about it since you already paid.
