Interesting, I have been working with Prospect Solution since 2003 and they have always been very decent with me. You get paid at the end of the invoicing month, not after 7 days Aldujda. When a payment is made it might take 3-5 days to arrive into my bank account but that is due to the banking process and not the company.

They are punitive if you do something wrong such as return a sub standard piece if work/ do not follow the brief instructions correctly or if refuse to make amendments to a piece of work.

If someone is paying a lot of money for a piece of research then surely it needs to be right. If it does not meet the expectations of the customer then its always better to amend it so that they are satisfied. I have got much of my work from referrals and customers asking for me because they were very happy with the standard of work I was producing.

You said that you have been working with Prospect Solution for a year which means that you must have been happy with them otherwise you would not have been writing for such a long time without being paid surely?

You should be careful not to be libelous since all the points above, apart from the one about owing you money do not seem to be the experience that I have had with them.
