yes, the website keep saying 'I guarantee you' but it does not says as they claim, there are no contact number, no complaint option, I doubt that they will give any refund. I had a bad experience and I have paid and spent all 90% of my money with the hope that they will help me with my assignment. NOT THAT I AM STUPID or something, it just my father passed away recently and it got into my head the stress and everything and I missed my class to be able to take care of my mum and 2 sisters. Instead I got the worst service ever and I ended up do my assignment 24 hour before the deadline and was doing it all night until 8am in the morning without sleep and sure with all my problem that happened to me in the past month it sure giving me a very hard time. I was hoping they could help me but instead, not just the money but the time that I have wasted from it over nothing.
