Looking for academic writers willing to work

Waddup guys so this might be somewhat lengthy and grammatically obnoxious but am typing this on my phone so bear with me if u may

So to sum it up am just basically looking for academic writers to help me out with the work I've been getting cause it's been getting waaay too overwhelming

exposition

So I started writing for uni students for fun back when I was like a junior. Found it a somewhat easy means of getting some extra bucks while in school since it's way more appealing both financially & operationally than "a normal student job". Anywayz, I was appalled by the level of laziness of students cause things started to move on faster p quickly and a kinda got a little reputation lol. So I began rounding up some people to help out. Mind you, English is not the first language in the country am in (nah it's not India chill brah), so it's not THAT easy to find competent ppl. Anyways, I manage to finally make a group of around 10 ppl. Mind you these ppl were upper echelon of our university as far as intellect (I had the lowest GPA in the group lol). By the end of my senior year the group had 15 ppl. So I graduate and I was planning to do this writing thing as a job on the side. However, I soon found engineering profession to be daunting on many levels. So I decided to take 6 months and hit sixth gear with this writing thing. And so was the case, it soon became more than a full time job. And as the workload grew, so did the number of random ppl hitting my phone. The problem is, the group that I made (15 ppl) were not on the same pace as I am. Sure they had their clients etc, but there was a significant disparity in the level of work. And accordingly, I was putting in around 12-14 hours of work daily (30-40 page per day). I don't care if you are the best writer in the world or whatever, u can not maintain this pace of work for a long period of time. Financially, I was alive af, but that comes with the compromise of sanity and health, and it is not worth it at all. Imagine having 5-6 deadlines everyday. Phone ringing everyday. People nagging everyday. Dealing with payments on a p2p basis everyday. To sum it up, it got to me after a while tbh.

Willing Writers NeededAnd so this is why am here. After spending 3-4 months futilely looking for writers in the physical world, I decided to transition to the digital realms & I can across this place. So, if anyone's interested......

proposition

I just need around 3-4 writers who are REALLY good that can be flexible with their writing in terms of level of diction (to an extent), who are willing to help out with this.

All transactions will be made personally and we are gonna be collaboratively working. Meaning that, if you have a deadline to meet and turns out it's ur friend's engagement party on the same day, you can just relay the work to another person on the group. So there is no online essay writing website bull (idk how these things are still surviving. They literally have the biggest stigma in terms of brand image)

Most importantly, as far as compensation, it's gonna be $13.45 per page. So u write 1 page per day u get that, you write 10 u get $134.5. It's all up to u tbh. You have literally no obligation in terms of the workload, but there are some expectations.

expectations

So if u made it this far (firstly thanks :D) there are only 2 things that I expect for u to contribute just to make things go smoothly.

1. Integrity: I think as far as integrity in this job field, I think there is only one dreaded word that needs to be stressed which u guys are familiar with, "plagiarism". Please please please if by any chance you end up responding to this post, if there is any possibility that you may plagiarize (copy/paste stuff), don't respond. Cause the minute this happens then all transitional relationships are obsolete. If you find itself crammed say so, that's the whole point of a collaborative platform, so we help each other out. But please do not turn to plagiarizing cause it's counterproductive to everyone.

2. Deadlines: the only other responsibility that you have is in terms of deadlines. You know yourself best and that goes for your capability of writing. If you feel you can write 20 pages go ahead, if not don't take it. You control your workload so make sure your valve is functional.

These are issues to me cause I am the one who is gonna deal with the bulls&it from the customers. You get paid regardless, but I have to stand there dealing with their bulls&it. And trust me, writing is 10x easier than dealing with ppl.

final remarks

Yup, so this is all I have to say. If interested hit me up, if you got bored of reading or feel like this is bull#hit, too bad for me I guess. But than you for your time either way.

& one more thing btw, since I assume that u guys actually do this thing as well ur probably aware that the world load tends to fluctuate depending on the time of the semester since we are on pace with students. Sometimes it's a drought, sometimes it's a flood. Sometimes you get like 5 pages per week sometimes you get 50 pages per day. So I can promise you that there will be plenty of things to do, but periodically. Plus, the whole thing is based on word of mouth and it's in our interest to do the best we can to keep it growing. cause regardless of its nature, this is one market that, I believe, has no roof in terms of lucrative ability.

Good luck finding the sorry sob who's going to write 50 pages every day for any period longer than a week. That's an instant burnout recipe. I imagine that was more of a caricature than an actual workload example, but still, any writer who's been doing this for any period of time knows there are actual limits to what a human being can produce in a day. Makes your ad look a bit pompous and will likely put some people off (just a suggestion, it's your ad).

As for looking up writers, I suggest you take up Major's advice and look up those who took the time to register their profile. Best of luck

I remember some writer posting they can do 20-30 pages per day? And the important part is how many words one page should contain (225 vs 300+).

I think all full time writers (including myself) have at least a couple of 30+ days every season. But doing that on a regular basis is a one way ticket to the asylum

50 pages per day are too much. Decline some of the work then otherwise it is bound to get substandard

Fifty good pages (15,000 words) in one day is possible, but impracticable. I've been able to handle 30+ a day a few times but as wordsies makes clear, this is like plowing 40 acres and planting them in a single day.

Most of us writers have been producing academic papers for many years, even decades. If you're a writer, you will spend several years establishing a good enough reputation and a large enough repeat clientele to earn a fulltime living doing this. There are also large essay companies that invest a lot of money into their businesses and websites. What makes you think that this is an industry in which you can just jump in as an "employer" hiring writers to do all the work for you while you make money off their backs? What, exactly, do they need you, with your very limited experience, to do for them that they couldn't do for themselves without you?

This thread is already dead. I know. However, the current work climate means that there are going to be writers out of a job and looking for work with other companies. This thread, is a perfect example of a con company. These are the promises made, promises broken to the writers. If any formerly academic company connected writers here read anything similar to that above, then you know for sure you are being conned. Do not fall for the sweet words of these con artists. You will be the ones to suffer in the end.

This thread, is a perfect example of a con company.

You're in the right thread, then: your quote-unquote company, which you refuse to say is even registered, or where, is an entity that, you have admitted, fines its writers and rats out its clients. You're a real scumbag to preach against con-artists.

There are still human academic writers willing to work in the business. The problem now, is that AI has pushed them out of the market for the most part. Even though AI churns out unusable papers, the students still prefer to use the technology for some reason. AI is going to become a more integral part of essay research and writing over the coming years so academic writers will do best to upskill their writing abilities so that they can work in a different field that AI has not taken over yet. Copywriting is also being taken over by AI so maybe the best bet for writers at this point would be working in the VA business. I do not believe that has been taken over by AI yet.
